About the Reviewer

Paul Ellis

Chief Pizza Officer (Self-Appointed)

Quantity Surveyor from Yorkshire with over four decades in construction and commercial management. Firmly believes that the best way to assess a country's character is to order a pizza and see what arrives. Has eaten his way across Europe and beyond, applying the same rigorous standards to crust evaluation as he does to contract risk. No freebies accepted. No scores negotiated. Just Paul, a table for two with senior management , a blunt opinion and short arms and deep pockets. What else would you expect from a Yorkshireman!
